Questions about tickets
NDT does not sell tickets directly. Tickets can be purchased through the website or box office of the theatre hosting the performance.
Ticket prices vary by theatre and seating area. Some theatres also offer discounts for younger visitors. Current prices can be found on the theatre's website. You can also visit our calendar for an overview.
In most cases, tickets can be exchanged or returned up to 24 hours before the performance. Please contact the box office of the theatre where you purchased your tickets. You will usually receive a credit voucher. Administration fees may apply. Policies vary between theatres.
First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please contact the theatre where you purchased your tickets.
Don't worry. You can ask the theatre where you bought your tickets to resend them. Please contact the theatre box office and provide your name, email address and, if available, your order number.
Sometimes. If a performance is sold out, check the theatre's website to see whether a waiting list is available. For sold-out performances at Amare, you can join the waiting list through our website.
