Terms online performances | Digital Theatre
Below, you'll find more information about the terms and conditions for purchasing and using tickets for our online performances.
Buying tickets
Tickets for online performances are exclusively available through the Nederlands Dans Theater website. It is not possible to purchase tickets by phone or at the Amare theatre box office.
Season package
For the 2026–2027 season, you can purchase all online performances in one package. For €35, you'll receive access to four online performances: two livestreams and two recorded performances. Read more here

Discounts and promotional offers
Have you received a promotional code? Add the performance to your shopping cart and enter your code in the USE PROMOTIONAL CODE field. The discount will be applied automatically.
Delivery
Tickets for online performances are delivered by email.
During the checkout process, you may see the option to select postal delivery. As online performances do not have physical tickets, we are unable to send tickets by post. Any additional postage and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds & exchanging tickets
Refunds and exchanging tickets are not available for tickets to online performances, whether purchased individually or as part of a season package.
If an online performance is unavailable due to a technical issue on our side, we will contact the affected ticket holders regarding a refund of the purchase price.
