The NDT-Team
NDT is among the world's leading contemporary dance companies. With two companies and a total of 48 dancers, NDT tours extensively across the globe. Behind the scenes, a dedicated team of around 70 professionals works every day to create unforgettable performances. From the artistic teams to the support departments, everything revolves around quality and people.
Management
Emily Molnar & Marc Pil
The company is led by artistic director Emily Molnar and managing director Marc Pil and consists of two groups: NDT 1 and NDT 2. Together good for 160 performances a year at home and abroad. Thanks to NDT’s quality, the dance company has been one of the most important figureheads of Dutch art abroad for years.
Departments
The artists within our company, choreographers, dancers and supporting teams, collectively take care of every detail to create the most extraordinary performances, for you, our audience. In addition to the artistic teams and dancers, the organization is structured into the departments of Operations & Financial Administration, HR, Company Management, Production and Preparation, Technical Department, Costume Workshop, Talent Development & Education, and Marketing, Communication & Development.
