Dancers Pathway
More infoNDT’s Dancer Pathway supports dancers at different stages of their careers. From young and pre-professional dancers to the dancers of NDT 1 and NDT 2, as well as new opportunities for development within the profession. Through auditions, training, creation, touring, workshops and development programmes, dancers are given the space to explore, create and continue developing throughout their careers.

On stage, 48 dancers from around the world bring these experiences to life. Behind the scenes, a dedicated team of professionals ensures that every production becomes possible. From Production and Technical Departments to the Costume Workshop, Company Management, Marketing, Communications, Education, Human Resources and Operations, every department contributes to the success of the company.
