Conner Chew was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States. He started dancing at Mid-Pacific Institute School of the Arts under the direction of Paul Maley.
He trained at The Juilliard School in New York. After his training, he danced with Bern Ballet. In 2022, he joined NDT 2. In 2025, he moved to NDT 1, where he is now a member.
