Adam Takahashi was born in Fullerton, California, United States and holds American nationality. He completed two years of pre-professional training at Westside Dance Project and Dmitri Kulev Classical Ballet Academy. He then continued with four years of professional training and experience at the European School of Ballet. During this period, Adam danced with Ballet Zürich as a member of the Junior Company for a year. Since the 2026–2027 season, Adam is a member of NDT 2.
