NDT Lesson Series (VO)
Discover contemporary dance and dance theatre
Join us as we embark on a journey of discovery through contemporary dance and dance theatre. In a series of five lessons, we encourage students to inhabit the world with an open attitude and a freely moving body. The entire creative process will be covered: performing dance and making it your own, creating dance, bringing your imagination to life, and presenting dance.
Curricular lines
- For the junior classes
How to make modern dance at NDT. A series of 3 lessons.This can take place at Amare or at school. - For the senior classesDance and philosophy.
This series consists of 5 lessons in which students will discover what philosophy and dance have to do with each other. Focus is on subdomain B2 of the HAVO and VWO examination programme. - ISKGame series.
This series was developed for pupils who are not (yet) proficient in Dutch. The focus is on creating their own dance in groups. - Series on request
We adapt the existing offer each time, fitting the school’s needs but maintaining NDT’s vision (education). Connecting through dance, making your own, tapping into creativity, reflecting on a social topic through dance.
In addition, for secondary schools, there is the NDT-experience , which links up with the CKV exam programme.
Practical information
- €70,- per lesson
- Dates in consultation
- To be scheduled from September to June
- Lessons take place at school in a spacious and clean room, where audio and laptops can be connected.
