For me dance is the instinctive form of communication, any sensation and feeling can be expressed through movement without any elaboration of thoughts or words, and yet dance can be the result of the most intricate research. It’s all for us to decide. It’s an endless world that cannot be contained or defined, and that freedom excites me beyond words. I am just so grateful to be exploring daily the infinite possibilities of this incredible art with my own flesh, to push my mind and body to places that I didn’t know existed, and I’m even more grateful to be doing it in this place and time, surrounded by incredibly inspirational and beautiful human beings. – Viola
