After a successful first edition of the special project Crossings, the first week of June was again dedicated to meeting up and connecting with each other. 25 young participants from all over the world working intensively together to create a performance with the Grote Kerk in Veere as their backdrop.

In A Taste of NDT Summer Intensive we aim to inspire young dance students and professionals from all over the world. You can join the online workshops, which will be taught by NDT dancers and artistic staff, to sample a taste of our NDT Summer Intensive. We offer a safe place where we can exchange knowledge and learn from each other.
All intermediate/advanced dancers age 14 and up can register for the FREE workshops and activities within the program of A Taste of NDT Summer Intensive . You register per individual workshop/activity. Due to limited available spots, please make sure you can participate in the activity before you register.

Discover new ways of expressing yourself through movement. With attention for subtlety and refinement, opening a physical world together, you will have the opportunity to explore improvisation with dancers all over the world.
Have a personal conversation with one of our dancers or staff members. The dancers of NDT 1 and NDT 2 share their insights with you as the groups are divided into smaller clusters to discuss specific issues that are relevant to your artistic journey. There is room to ask questions, share your thoughts and have a discussion together.
Learn more about NDT Summer Intensive. During the session we will elaborate on the artistic vision of the course, the audition, and scholarship procedures. There will plenty of room for you to ask all of the questions that you have.
A preview of the repertoire workshops from the NDT Summer Intensive. You will develop your dance talent by working with NDT dancers on repertoire from the past season. In this way you will discover the dance language of one of NDT’s associated choreographers.
