The dance season is off to a blazing start. From fire bowls and flamethrowers at our NDT 1 and NDT 2 programs, to the fiery passion for dance on the catwalk in Paris.
Welcome to the fifth edition of Close Up! The entire NDT team is currently working hard on the programming and on a series of activities and events for you, our Fonds NDT participants and Friends, as well as other visitors and interested parties. Together we will make it another wonderful year of dance.
This time we take a closer look at the creative process of master choreographer Marco Goecke. We dive into his process through an interview by Podium Dans, an interview with his dramaturge Nadja Kadel and exclusive access to the documentary Thin Skin (2016). We also speak to NDT 2 dancers Nova Valkenhoff and Omani Ormskirk about their time with the company, and we give you a viewing and listening list, our upcoming schedule and fun news.
