After a successful first edition of the special project Crossings, the first week of June was again dedicated to meeting up and connecting with each other. 25 young participants from all over the world working intensively together to create a performance with the Grote Kerk in Veere as their backdrop.
On Friday, Sept. 6 and Saturday, Sept. 7, Spotlight Festival Den Haag opens the 2024-2025 cultural season.
During this free festival you can learn about The Hague’s extensive cultural offerings in an accessible and surprising way. For two days you are welcome at the venues, theaters and cultural anchors of The Hague. Spread throughout the city, they will put their program for the coming season in the spotlight for you!
NDT is offering various dance workshops for young and old on Saturday, September 7, will you join us?
Can’t get enough of dancing, performing and creating? In this NDT workshop, you will work for 1.5 hours on creating a performance. You will go deeper into the making process and the creation and development of a dance performance. The performance you create with the other dancers will be presented for parents/guardians.

In this workshop, teacher Ian Robinson will take you through a Gaga/people session and give you a chance to experience what it’s like to be a dancer yourself!
Gaga is the movement language developed by Ohad Naharin alongside his work as choreographer and artistic director of the Batsheva Dance Company. The Gaga/people class helps you connect with your body and experience the joy of movement in an approachable way.
To participate you must be at least 15 years old, dance experience is not necessary.
