My passion for dance derives from the ability to be in constant exploration: of my body; its movement, the world around me, fantasies, fears and so much more.
I enjoy that dance pushes my body to it’s limits and can unlocking new emotions and physicalities within myself. However, dance is also my home. It shows me tenderness and sensitivity and provides a safe place where I can create and move in ways that engulfs me with feelings of euphoria.
Dance, for me, is the unending passage of discovery. It excites me to learn and grow; to be inquisitive and continue to wonder. Every year I get to journey through this beautiful art form, I realise it’s a much bigger universe then I could ever have imagined. – Casper
