Dance will never cease to amaze and fascinate me. Experiencing feelings that can’t be put into words and communicating these with the audience, exploring the limitless ways the human body can move, being the most vulnerable yet strongest, truest version of myself as soon as I step into the studio are just a few of these. There is a constant exchange of forces within dance as well; when I grow as a dancer, I grow as a person, and the other way around. This, to me, is the true beauty and power of my profession.
To be able to express, explore and learn as apprentice at such an amazing place as NDT fills me with a buzzing excitement, and I can’t wait to see what this journey will bring. – Boaz
