Anna Ozerskaia (Russia) graduated from the Kannon Dance School and the St. Petersburg State University of Physical Culture and Sport. She started her professional career in Israel as a dancer with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company and later moved to Sweden to perform with Skanes Dansteater. For over 10 years, she was a member of the GöteborgsOperans Danskompani, where she worked with renowned choreographers from all over the world, marking the beginning of her own choreographic aspirations.
In her work as a choreographer, Ozerskaia is inspired by communication and profound connections. She believes in everyone’s unique story and explores how building a true connection with a person she encounters can be translated into a performance in an intimate setting. Allowing the audience to pay full attention to one single story.

Aside from her work as a dancer and choreographer, Ozerskaia is committed to exchanging and sharing her knowledge as a teacher with amateur as well as professional dancers. She often gives workshops and dance classes at dance festivals, dance academies, performing arts institutions, theatres, and dance companies.
