NEW CREATIONS BY NDT DANCERS

An annual favourite of ours is Switch: an evening entirely curated, produced, and choreographed by the dancers of NDT 1 and NDT 2. Switch began over 40 years ago, born from the need of the dancers to be creative and experimental, and to explore other aspects of their artistic identity. Over the years it has developed into a professionally produced and much-loved charity event in our home in The Hague. 

About the programme

Switch offers an opportunity for our talented dancers to give back, develop themselves, and connect with our audience on a more personal level. Aside from the magic that happens on stage, the charity of the dancers’ choice is supported through ticket sales, merchandise, silent auctions, and much more. 

The charity for Switch ’26 is Save the Children.

A good future for all children

Save the Children is the world’s largest independent child rights organisation. For more than 100 years, Save the Children has been standing up for children across the globe. We protect children, help them grow up safely, and give them the chance of a bright future.

Practical information

Estimated Running Time: +- 2 hours 30 minutes
The evening with feature 12 works created by the dancers of NDT with one pause of 30 minutes.

The foyer will be open 1 hour prior to the show, we encourage the audience to arrive early in order to enjoy the atmosphere and offerings to further support our charity.
