Live stream ‘Sudden and Suspended’ – April 21, 2022

NDT 2 – livestream Sudden and Suspended – 21 april 2022

On Thursday April 21, we welcome you in NDT’s digital theater for the live stream of the NDT 2 program Sudden and Suspended. Make sure you are well prepared:

  • Please note: ticket sales for the live stream close 15 minutes before the performance starts. Make sure to purchase your link with access to the performance in time, in any case before 8 PM. 
  • Be ready on time to not miss anything of the performance. You are welcome to open the live stream between 7.30 and 8.15 PM, the actual performance starts at 8.15 PM (CEST) and lasts approximately for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
  • On this page you will find the program book of the performance later on – this will be put online right before the performance.
  • Enjoy the performance!

  1. Click on the red ‘buy access to stream’ button to order the unique access link for only €15. Would you like to support our company? Feel free to pay something extra.
  2. After clicking on the button, the order form will appear. Please fill this in completely and check your e-mail address carefully (the access link will be send to that address).
  3. After you have completed the form, you can pay securely via our payment partner Mollie with a payment method of your choice. After payment, you will receive an e-mail with your unique access link. Please make sure you keep it well!

A flickering light is used during the first piece (no stroboscope), this could possibly be received as bothersome.

Performance times and duration

We love to welcome you at the broadcast between 7.30 and 8.15 PM (CEST). There is no video image visible yet, but a screen with programme information. You can use this time to test your connection and equipment, and possibly cast it to the TV. Make sure you prepare on time and check your equipment well in advance so you don’t miss out on the performance. The actual performance starts at 8.15 PM (CEST) and lasts approximately for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

FAQ

I can't find my unique access link. What can I do?

The unique link is sent to you by e-mail to the address which you entered when you bought tickets for the live stream, immediately after we've receive your order and payment.

Check your spamfolder in case the e-mail is in there. The subject line of the mail starts with 'UYour unique access link for...'. In case you cannot find the e-mail, please contact our helpdesk via info@ndt.nl

Can I cast the video to my TV screen?

Yes, that is possible. Check this link (in Dutch) for an instruction.

Please note: it is not possible to cast from your iPhone or iPad to a Google Chromecast.  Instead, use your laptop or PC, open the Google Chrome browser and the live stream page / link. Then cast your browser tab to your Chromecast by clicking on the menu in the browser (3 dots) and click on 'cast'. Read more instructions here (english)

I don't see anything on the live stream or the live stream seems to have see stopped. What can I do?

In most of the cases, it will help te refresh the webpage in your browser. You can do so by clicking on F5 (Windows) on your keyboard, or  Command ⌘ + R (Mac) . Or use the icon that is visible in the browser (arrow) to refresh. Then click on the 'start stream' button again and the click the 'playbutton'.

If this doesn't work, please check the following steps:

  • Please check if you use the correct link for access to the live stream
  • Check your internet connection (if you can, use a wired internet connection)
  • Check if your browser has had  recent update.
  • Check if cookies in your browser are enabled.
  • Check if the batteries of your device are fully loaded.

Is there technical support available during the live stream?

Op NDT's  website we've created a page with frequently asked questions. During the performance you are able to ask your questions to our helpdesk through a live chat. The helpdesk is available from 7-9 PM. Also keep checking the NDT Twitter account for updates.

Can I watch the live stream on more than one device simultanously?

No, you can only watch the livestream on one device at the same time. For every extra device an extra access link is needed.
