NDT 1 – Shadow’s Whispers livestream 16 Feb

On Tuesday February 16, we welcome you in NDT’s digital theater for the live stream of the NDT 1 program Shadow’s Whispers.  We welcome you between 7.15 an 8 PM. The performance starts at 8 PM (CET) and has a duration of ± 75 minutes.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to buy a ticket for this performance.

Performance times and duration

We love to welcome you at the broadcast between 7.15 and 8 PM. There is no video image visible yet, but a screen with programme information. You can use this time to test your connection and equipment, and possibly cast it to the TV. Make sure you prepare on time and check your equipment well in advance so you don’t miss out on the performance. The actual performance starts at 8:00 PM (CET) and has a duration of ± 75 minutes.

FAQ

I can't find my unique access link. What can I do?

The unique link is sent to you by e-mail to the address which you entered when you bought tickets for the live stream, immediately after we've receive your order and payment.

Check your spamfolder in case the e-mail is in there. The subject line of the mail starts with 'UYour unique access link for...'. In case you cannot find the e-mail, please contact our helpdesk via info@ndt.nl

Can I cast the video to my TV screen?

Yes, that is possible. Check this link (in Dutch) for an instruction.

Please note: it is not possible to cast from your iPhone or iPad to a Google Chromecast.  Instead, use your laptop or PC, open the Google Chrome browser and the live stream page / link. Then cast your browser tab to your Chromecast by clicking on the menu in the browser (3 dots) and click on 'cast'. Read more instructions here (english)

I don't see anything on the live stream or the live stream seems to have see stopped. What can I do?

In most of the cases, it will help te refresh the webpage in your browser. You can do so by clicking on F5 (Windows) on your keyboard, or  Command ⌘ + R (Mac) . Or use the icon that is visible in the browser (arrow) to refresh. Then click on the 'start stream' button again and the click the 'playbutton'.

If this doesn't work, please check the following steps:

  • Please check if you use the correct link for access to the live stream
  • Check your internet connection (if you can, use a wired internet connection)
  • Check if your browser has had  recent update.
  • Check if cookies in your browser are enabled.
  • Check if the batteries of your device are fully loaded.

Is there technical support available during the live stream?

Op NDT's  website we've created a page with frequently asked questions. During the performance you are able to ask your questions to our helpdesk through a live chat. The helpdesk is available from 7-9 PM. Also keep checking the NDT Twitter account for updates.
