I new then

For dancers, there is nothing more difficult than simply 'be' when they dance. Especially young dancers, who are looking for their own artistic identity. It takes a lot of courage to do their mask off and question their identity. With this ballet the Swedish choreographer Johan Inger wanted to show the dancers as they are real. This process resulted in the omission of unnecessary gestures, movements and structures. Together they found a way to be honest and pure in their choreographies, searching for clarity, purity, color and optimism.
